If you’ve been to any of our great outdoor Outer Banks events this Fall, then you have probably seen the OBX Frozen Yogurt trailer. From the Food Truck Showdown and the 4th Annual Brewtag event, to the Kitty Hawk Elementary School Fall Carnival, FroYo on the Go has been there to supply the sweet treats and keep the little ones and their parents happy!
At some of our Outer Banks events, we have noticed that there is a kid-friendly component missing. While the music and entertainment is amazing, they are often geared towards adults. So during the Fall Foodtruck Showdown, Jason and I were so excited to see that the FroYo on the Go trailer was back! It provided a special treat for the girls while Jason and I waited in the different lines to sample the culinary creations of local chefs and made our event experience so much more enjoyable. The girls loved adding some toppings to their bowls and they were sweet enough to share a few bites with their parents!
Of course, as big supporters of our local school, we weren’t at all surprised to see that owners, Jeff and Jennifer Schwartzenberg had OBX FroYo on the Go at Kitty Hawk Elementary’s Fall Carnival. We love OBX Frozen Yogurt for their delicious FroYo but also because the amazing owners are quick to support local charities and schools.
Oh! And a selfie with THE Dr. Florence, Principal Extraordinaire? This photo better make the yearbook!
Did you know that the FroYo on the Go mobile trailer is available for your own personal parties? From your holiday office party or an awesome birthday party addition, you can’t go wrong with FroYo on the Go!
You can catch them this December at the Winter Wonderland festivities at Manteo Elementary on December 1st!
Check out some of these awesome private events that they have made much sweeter!
One trend we are loving is the family selfies that the Schwartzenberg’s have been sharing on their Facebook page! We love this family owned, local business!
