I know this is a late late late post but I just couldn't hit publish on my next post without sharing it. We had the best time celebrating Marigold's first Christmas. There is truly magic when an (almost) one year old looks at holiday lights and plays with wrapping paper with the biggest gummy grin. Simple joys during the excessive consumerism of the holidays is pretty much what I love most!
The Outer Banks isn't best known for being beautiful in the winter but there really is beauty around every corner. During my last work day before Christmas, I was driving around Corolla to get to my family portrait sessions and I was just in awe of the beautiful buildings decorated for Christmas! The Whalehead Club and The Corolla Chapel were dressed for the occasion and I just had to share these photos!
